The graduate program in endodontics treats complex cases beyond the scope of undergraduate expertise.
Cases are referred to the graduate endodontic clinic from within the college as well as from regional dentists.
We also provide endodontic treatment to medically compromised AIDS patients from local health organizations – Special Health Resources, Resource Center of Dallas and Community Dental Care.
Texas A&M College of Dentistry and the Department of Endodontics are affiliated with Children’s Medical Center of Dallas. The purpose of this affiliation is to provide the residents with experiences in managing medically compromised pediatric patients during the provision of endodontic care in a hospital setting; familiarize them with hospital patient admissions, records and operating room protocols, providing experience in managing the endodontic needs of children in a hospital dental clinic.
