  • Designed and fabricated biomimetic nano-structured biomaterials for tissue engineering
  • Developed injectable scaffolds for bone and cartilage tissue engineering
  • Synthesized and characterized novel biodegradable polyanhydrides for controlled drug delivery
  • Fabricated implantable biomedical devices for pulsatile release of bioactive PTH peptide
  • Developed biomimetic computer-aided design techniques for scaffolding design and fabrication
  • Developed novel surface modification techniques of scaffolds for bone tissue engineering
  • Prepared alginate hydrogels with controlled crosslinking rate and their application in tissue engineering
